IBC Bank - Wost bank ever!
they suck, so much is wrong. I spent hours at the bank today and the issue was still not resolved!
I do not want to waist anymore time with them. If I were to sit here and type all the things that have gone wrong just today I would be here for two more hours. They Suck! what they are doing should be illegal and probably is.
I have been with them for over 8 years. I have a business account and have no online access. There was a check we collected and deposited into the account that ended up being insufficient. they never notified me the funds were not there and charged me fees for over drafting.
I have no way to know being that the check was a form a payment to me by a customer and I can not see transactions online any more. I whent to the bacnk to ask for a print out and that is how I found out it took about 40 mins for nme to get the print out. I came back to the bank after going over the print out and seeing the charges. I ask for something to prove there was a hot check so that I could try and collect it from the customer or turn it in.
After almost three hours they said I should have been mailed one over a week ago and I have to wiat another week before I can go back and try to get a copy then. So now I have to take time out of my busy day next week and probably spent two more hours there to get the proof. mean while I can not even attempt to get the funds without any proof. which means I will have to continue to pay those over draft fees.
Plus my business is run by me transferring monies from and into accounts, on a daily basis. whit out the ability to get online my the lively hood of my company is greatly threatened... and mine with that. This is more than an inconvenience.
I feel cheated and taken advantage of. I feel like this is just another ploy for them to charge me up and take my money. I make deposits and sometime they do not show up in my account for two days. If I make a deposit on a Friday it will not post to my account till Tuesday!
they are thieves! They don't have a complaint email for me to try and get any of my issues resolved! I am furious! I am hurt.
I do not know what to do. This is so unjustifiable!
Reason of review: my money is at a high risk and I know charges are quickly racking up and I cant even see them to fix.
Monetary Loss: $140.
