IBC Bank - Non Responsive Bank
We Allege that Bank was negligent and improperly titled an account for elderly person -- Changing their desired status Now costing their heirs significant unnecessary expense for probate. Bank refuses to follow up or work with family to rectify their mistake or resolve the issue.
One of the least customer friendly Banks .
Beware Main complaint is the banks recalcitrant attitude and refusal to work with their customers or customer's reps. Similar problems have occurred in past with different branches bank has policies and guidelines that are not friendly to their customers and result in substantial additional expense for their customers.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
