I have banked with them over 8 years and am in the the process of closing on a new home and promised my husband as soon as we close we are switching. They never have enough staff and the turnover is terrible so everyone is always new and doesn’t know what to do I have been waiting 30 minutes so far to get a cashiers check and am still waiting Manager is involved and since there is only one teller two other customers in line have just walked out
